Hire.Camp Terms and Conditions

This document explains the terms and conditions of the Hire.Camp agreement of use. All subscribers and users are expected to read all the provisions of this document before using this system. Using the facilities of the Hire.Camp ATS means that the terms and conditions is read and accepted by the subscriber and all of its users.

Definitions

Hire.Camp: It’s the name of a business that facilitates the management of recruitment operations for the human resources of the organizations and recruiting teams by providing ATS software tools.

Company or Provider: It means Arina Human Resource Technology Company, which is the concessionaire and owner of the Hire.Camp software product of. Arina Human Resources Technology is a private company whose shareholders includes Iran Talent Group and the team that created this software product.

System: It means the Hire.Camp software. Hire.Camp is a software system for managing the hiring operations of companies. This software system is known as ATS or Applicant Tracking System and provides the necessary tools to monitor and control the hiring process for human resource managers and team of recruiters.

Job applicant: It means those whose information is registered in the system as a job candidate.

Subscriber: Individuals or legal entities that use the Hire.Camp for a specified period of time.

User: A person who has the right to access and use the system on behalf of the subscriber.

Access: The right to log-in to the account and use the features of the system, includes viewing Subscriber's data.

Data: It refers to all the information that is entered directly by users into the system or processed or generated during the usage of the system.

Big data: It refers to data aggregated in large numbers that can be used for things such as statistical use or mass processing.

Content: Various forms of data that are published in text, audio and video.

Access information: User identification and authentication information including username and password.

Agreement: It refers to this terms and conditions of use of Hire.Camp, which is accessible via https://hire.camp/terms.

Working day: It means Saturday to Wednesday, excluding public holidays (referring to Persian calendar).

Terms of use

  1. Trial use of the system for one day is possible upon subscriber request. The facilities of the users in the trial period are limited and the user is required to pay the subscription fee for using the system after the end of the period.
  2. The subscriber sends his order to the Hire.Camp through the order form. Payment of the course subscription fee is mandatory before receiving the services and the requested services will be activated for the subscriber immediately after the payment is made.
  3. If the subscription period ends and is not renewed by the subscriber, his and his users' access to the system will be restricted. At the same time, it will be possible to access all the data that has been already entered.
  4. If the subscription period expires, the subscriber information will remain in the system for a limited time, but Hire.Camp will not be responsible for maintaining the subscriber data after 90 days from expiration date.
  5. The subscriber can formally request to get a copy of the information entered into the system from the end of the subscription period until the end of three months. The Hire.Camp will then provide this information to the representative nominated by the subscriber within seven days. This information will include job titles, resumes of job applicants, applicants' eligibility rank, notes recorded for each applicant, and other related information.
  6. Due to the provision of a trial period, it is not possible to return the funds after payment and activation of the subscription, so the Hire.Camp recommends the possibility of using the system test.
  7. The Subscriber undertakes not to use any content in any way (including data and software code) that is legally prohibited or that the data is harmful to the system. In case of joint violation of this issue, the Hire.Camp is allowed to suspend the subscriber access or terminate the service while deleting the relevant content.
  8. The subscriber is not allowed to use the system through software bots without the permission of the Hire.Camp and will be suspended the subscriber account if seen.
  9. The customer is not allowed to enter promotional content or documents unrelated to the subject of their organization's employment.
  10. The responsibility for the content posted in the job opportunity lies with the subscriber. The Subscriber undertakes not to use illegal content when publishing the job opportunity and in case of violation of this obligation, his/her account will be suspended.
  11. The subscriber must deactivate the job opportunity on the site immediately at the same time as it is not available.
  12. Hire.Camp will respond to all subscriber and user requests via its ticketing system and is committed to responding to all requests within one business day. Only those subscribers who have paid the special support fee will receive telephone support during business hours.
  13. All reported defects or deficiencies will be notified to the subscriber or his / her representative users as soon as they are fixed.
  14. Any suggestions or requests for changes in the system will be forwarded to the product development team and at the discretion of the Hire.Camp will be placed in the production queue. Hire.Camp, while welcoming suggestions and efforts to develop and improve its software product, has no obligation to add the features requested by subscribers.
  15. The Hire.Camp will do its best to respond to the requests of subscribers or their users in a timely and appropriate manner. In the face of irrational requests that have problems in terms of the number of requests or how to communicate, the Hire.Camp may ask the subscriber to nominate another person to communicate and follow up as the person in charge of communication with the organization.
  16. The Hire.Camp is committed to holding a free virtual or face-to-face training session for the subscriber and his / her users for up to two hours, and more training sessions will cost fee.
  17. The Hire.Camp receives services from various service providers, including and not limited to network and infrastructure service providers, software, radio communication and data center, in order to provide the system in a stable manner, and obviously the occurrence of disruption in any of these services causes disrupts in system usage. The Hire.Camp will make every effort to follow up and correct the malfunctions as soon as they are identified, but there is no guarantee that all parts of the system will be fault-free or that all faults or deficiencies will be rectified in a short period of time.
  18. The Hire.Camp establishes software and integration with other business partner systems to develop facilities and added value to its customers. The subscriber is aware that this connection requires the transfer of data between Hire.Camp and other information systems such as job boards, in which case the information of the shared resumes on a job board connected to the Hire.Camp system is transferred to the subscriber’s account in the Hire.Camp, therefore the necessary data for subscriber identification will be provided to the mentioned information system.
  19. The subscriber is responsible for the ownership of the resumes and information entered into the system from other job boards, and the Hire.Camp does not accept any responsibility in this regard.
  20. The Subscriber accepts the responsibility for ensuring the security of the introduced APIs if it wishes to use the APIs created specifically or publicly to connect to the Hire.Camp.
  21. The subscriber is aware that the Hire.Camp is a public software system with a SaaS presentation model and cannot be customized. This system uses software and hardware facilities to provide services to many organizations, each of which is considered as a subscriber and has its own access and has only its own data.
  22. The Hire.Camp is merely a software tool for managing recruitment operations and has no guarantee whether or not applicants will be recruited or any Profit or loss of subscribers.
  23. It is possible to delete and edit information by users in the system, therefore the Hire.Camp will not be responsible for information that has been deleted or edited by the user.
  24. The Hire.Camp is committed to backing up subscriber’s data at least four times a week so that when necessary, the provider can restore all subscriber’s data from backups free of charge when necessary, if problems occurs with the data being lost.
  25. The subscriber is obliged to make every effort to properly allocate users to the system as well as manage user access levels and provide the necessary training to its users so that they do not provide usernames and passwords to unauthorized persons. The Subscriber is also responsible for terminating the access of users who have terminated their cooperation with the Subscriber and the Subscriber is responsible for any violation of the provisions of this clause.
  26. The Hire.Camp is committed to protecting shared data and taking all necessary arrangements to prevent publish the shared data and its access and disclosure to other subscribers or unauthorized persons.
  27. The Hire.Camp makes every effort to apply the data protection principles that are considered standard in the field of cloud services and SaaS and to prevent unauthorized access to subscriber information.
  28. Content published by the Subscriber that is publicly available to others (such as information posted on a job portal or publicly published job opportunities) is not considered confidential data.
  29. The Hire.Camp is permitted to use subscriber metadata for (i) researching system performance and product promotion, (ii) conducting marketing analysis, and (iii) reporting and providing analysis. Obviously, the use of such data is not for a specific subscriber, but collectively and on a large scale, and the is obliged to protect the disclosure of confidential information of subscribers, so that shared data including company name, username and user information, applicant information including name, the record and results of the operation should not be disclosed to the applicants in any way.
  30. The Hire.Camp is allowed to inform system users about system updates or other human resources products produced in this complex via email or SMS.
  31. The Hire.Camp is allowed to inform the applicants about the content related to the field of human resources or related products produced in this collection by email or SMS after one year from the time of entering the information.
  32. The Hire.Camp is allowed to use the common name as a customer to conduct marketing operations and introduce the Hire.Camp in the market.
  33. The Hire.Camp as the creator of the system is allowed to use the name and link “Hire.Camp" at the bottom of the user interface pages.
  34. The Hire.Camp is allowed to provide the requested information to the official institutions of the country upon their request.
  35. Forced accidents may cause the Hire.Camp to fail to comply with all or part of the obligations set forth in this Agreement until it returns to normal. Forced accidents include cases such as floods, earthquakes, disruption of the country's Internet infrastructure or any type of accident that affects the general public and its management is beyond the company's authority.
  36. The bankruptcy of either party terminates the agreement on the use of the system by the bankrupted party. If these conditions occur for the Hire.Camp, the company is committed to providing the subscriber with access to the system until the end of the subscription period.
  37. The subscriber undertakes to use the Hire.Camp system only for its organizational work and is not allowed to transfer, assignment, sell or rent the system to any real or legal person outside the scope of its organization and also is not allowed to have any unauthorized access or use of system. In case of violation of this clause, the joint access will be suspended.
  38. The use of the Hire.Camp system in no way creates a right of ownership for the domain or brand name of the Hire.Camp and any tangible or intangible assets of the Hire.Camp.

The contents of this documentary have been reviewed and accepted by ………………………. as Subscriber on 13 تیر 1401 (Shamsi Date). Subscriber and its representative users accept the above terms and conditions before and while using Hire.Camp.
